Every installation is treated as a project; hence a project plan will be available before commencing the work. The first step for all assignments will be to conduct a site survey in order to determine the full scope of the client’s requirements and try to identify any risks that may impact our delivery.

This further allows us to provide a customised solution that meets the requirements. All installations are guaranteed for a period of 1 year, excluding “Acts of God” and/or negligence

Once the Scope of Work (SOW) and the commercial agreements have been concluded, we then commence with the project within the agreed timelines. And In an event of delay, we notify clients in advance and mitigation options will be presented to the client.

Once the project is complete, the client will be required to sign off as acceptance of the services rendered.We also provide after sales support to our clients, and this will allow them to concentrate on the core functions of their operations.
